Daniel Moskos Catches on Quickly
Daniel Moskos is doing what Fox Sports Net won’t: acknowledge the inadequecy of Pirate’s management. While FSN is refusing to show any of the walkout tomorrow, Moskos is voicing his concern in the most discrete way possible…by joining a Facebook group.
Adam and I have the honor of being Facebook friends with Moskos. From his profile, we learn that he likes some emo music (Atreyu, Coheed and Cambria, Taking Back Sunday, etc.) as well as “some country.” He also enjoys a good classic comedy, with two movies with Adam Sandler and a quote from Billy Madison.
A look at his groups reveals a bit more. Sure, you’ve got the expected “Baseball Worlds Greatest Sport” (which I think is missing a bit of punctuation) and the typical “Clemson Baseball 2008.” Upon further inspection, however, it would appear that he is also member of the group “I’m not a front-runner, I’m a Pirates Fan.” So he’s not so confident in his big league brethren, but that comes as no surprise to anyone who has followed the Pirates over the last 15 years. However, the most interesting group he belongs to would be the following (click to enlarge):
I don’t know how much more straightforward it gets.
[Ed. To all you visitors from Mondesi’s House and elsewhere, take a look at some of our other recent posts. We have a first-hand recap of the “walkout” and we just released our new NL All-Steroid All-Star team.]
